"Good bed; Hard climb up stairs with our luggage."

The bed was good. Did not take advantage of breakfast.

We requested a first floor room because we are senior citizens and the elevator was far from our room and no one told us about the elevator while we were checking in. We were told that the first floor rooms were reserved already. Later that night, the parking lot was very empty.

The freshly made breakfast was great. I also liked your yogurt and French vanilla creamer from the refrigerator.

Everything was great except the air conditioning didn’t work in the workout room.

Very nice staff. There was a glitch with our reservations, but she fixed it. Why is the hairdryer bolted down? That’s why you get 4 stars instead of 5. Your chef knows how to make good eggs!
