Hacienda Maria Bonita Hotel

El personal depende, hubo un hombre que fue un poco grosero, aunque luego nos atendió una mujer que fue muy muy amable. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y lo solucionaron rápidamente.

Las habitaciones son más pequeñas que lo que parece en la foto, no hay persianas y entra la luz del sol, baño pequeño

It’s beautiful and location is proper. Friendly staff too.

The room I got , the air conditioning was not working well. The ceiling fan did not work and had a hole on the ceiling.

L'hôtel est super joli. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées, et toute en couleurs. Le lit est très grand. Frigo dans la chambre. La piscine est suffisamment grande.

L'accueil très moyen. Le séjour à playa del Carmen. La présence d'algues "Sargasses" dans la mer a rendu la baignade quasi impossible. Eau marron et mauvaise odeur. L'hôtel et sa piscine ont sauvé le séjour.

On the main road, central to restaurants and other places etc

Next to Coco bongo , so you will hear loud noise late into the night, most nights. Only one functioning power outlets in some rooms, no refrigerator.

La estadia rstuvo super cómoda, el hotel se encuentra en un área centrica, la habitaciones estaba limpia solo que el minibar no estaba conectado y no habia alguna conexión próxima, no lo ocupe pero a habra algún huésped que si.

We saw the property originally a few years ago and decided if we came back to Playa that it’s where we’d stay. It did not disappoint! We stayed in room 105 which was right by the pool. The only negative we had were the stairs. They definitely need an upgrade. A couple of the railings were loose or not connected. We made do.

I was really impressed by my stay I enjoyed every moment of my vacation there. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very pretty and they keep it very clean. Everything I wanted to do was within walking distance and there’s great food options around the area.
