USRoom was nice and seemed to be cleaned well.
This property had no running water the night I was there. I was told when I checked in that it was being repaired and shouldn't take long, but stayed up until 11pm waiting to take a shower and still had no water. Thankfully it was working again in the morning, but I was still charged full rate for the room and received no additional communication about the issue from staff. Granted, I should have just canceled and left when I was told about the issue, but I was exhausted and feel like I was misled that the repair would be quicker than it actually was.

USThe room was very clean. We were pulling a boat and parking was a little difficult and there was no place to plug in. The staff was amazing and our stay was great!!
Their profile has that that they accept pets but it’s only service animals. Had a 1lb. 8oz puppy in a carrier with us. Went through Expedia to find a place to stay and that allowed pets, when we got there, they would not let us check in and the facility or Expedia would tell me if they would refund the funds I paid through Expedia. Still waiting to find out.

Our king bed was too soft for us and the feather pillows were not something we prefer.
