"Hotel is older & it shows in some areas, the staff is great, the room comfortable"

The TV remote didn't work. Jordon (front desk) had maintenance respond with a new one right away

Food at the restaurant. Dinner was good, but we were given a packet with plastic utensils/a paper napkin/salt & pepper packets. Breakfast was really good and we had real cutlery wrapped in a cloth napkin. This was very odd to me

"We will be back again and again."

f there’s one place we keep coming back to again and again without hesitation, it’s Four Points by Sheraton Dania Beach. This hotel simply gets everything right. From its excellent location—close to the airport, the beach, and everything you need—to an overall experience that feels consistently comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. The beds are especially great (which is not something to take for granted), and the level of cleanliness is always top-notch. But what truly keeps us coming back is the service—friendly, attentive staff who genuinely care, always listening to every request and going above and beyond to make the stay perfect. The breakfast is wonderful—fresh, varied, and generous, with something for everyone. The common areas, pool, and overall atmosphere are calm and relaxing, without unnecessary noise or crowds. Bottom line: this is not just another good hotel—it’s a place that feels like a home away from home. We’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!

"Very disappointing!"

The breakfast was nice and the food workers were very pleasant.

This hotel advertises that it has an airport shuttle. We factored that into our decision, taking into account the savings of supposedly not having to use an Uber/Lyft/Taxi to get there from the airport. We called from the airport and they informed us that they only offer a shuttle going from the hotel to the airport. That is quite different from offering a shuttle from the airport. Since we and a lot of the others staying at the hotel were boarding a cruise ship the next day, the airport shuttle was of no use. I think this is blatant misrepresentation! There are a lot of hotels right in this area and the competition is probably fierce. This misrepresentation is not a minor one because we did take the savings of the advertised shuttle into account when making our decision to stay at this hotel. The staff could have cared less about this misrepresentation and were not very nice when we checked in, either. I would not recommend this hotel.

"Great staff, crap hotel"

Close to airport for early morning departure and the staff was very polite and helpful

Smelled moldy, water leaking into man lobby, door keys didnt work, fire alarm had a strobing light, air conditioner was extremely loud. AND there was a man filming women in the lobby.
