Bed and room were perfect. Breakfast was no better than any included breakfast in many hotels, yet this one was $16.00. Both in the evening and morning there was not enough help.

The NOISE. Couldn't sleep. It was a terrible long night. No one told me there was a noise machine next to the bed until the following morning!

Clean spacious room. Great breakfast

I would advise against the free airport pickup. We waited for over an hour. When we called we weren't directed where to meet the shuttle either, which caused a lot of confusion. Just get your own taxi or Uber

The hotel was very clean

No communication. I repeatedly checked on hotel transportation from the airport. Was told it was free & just call after we land. I did so, only to be told that they wouldn't be able to get us due to the time. It was 8 pm on a Saturday. They said we had to get a taxi or uber. $50 (to go 3 miles) that i wasnt planning on. Hell of a way to start vacation.

"Good and comfortable stay with good food"

All over experience was good. Friendly and helpful staff, good food and breakfast. Comfortable room.

Airport shuttle arrangements. Send many messages through booking.com that there was not reply to. Ended up phone them (international call) to arrange pick up as we did not have phones arriving in Fort Lauderdale. Pick up was not there, but luckily managed to get onboard as they were picking up someone else.
