"$300 FOR VAPING IN ROOM"

If you vape in room they will charge $300. They have a automatic detection system. No signs and no warning by front desk. Parking is 12 a day to.

"3 Strikes, you're out!!"

3 strikes, you're out. Strike 1: room not available at 5pm when I arrived. Even though I booked online. Strike 2: Even thought I am HH Silver, no free breakfast and no room avail. Strike 3: Half of TV channels not available. I will never stay at this hotel again. Agents should be able to give free breakfast for Silver member room not available. Very rude, as well.

The room all staff except when we were checking out. The colored lady was absolutely rude.

Checking out was terrible. We had reservations for couple of night but we decided to stay on more night, young Asian lady helped us book another night. I wished I got her name because she was so awesome professional nice lady also the lady that checked us in was so nice too. Just when were checking out ugh!
