Cockroaches in the room!!! Yuck!!! Tiny elevator Tiny bathrooms Stone pillows Dirty towels AC does not work well Absolutely terrible staff who gave us the wrong room initially and kept spinning lies rather than being honest about things. Will highly NOT recommend this hotel as there are plenty of other lovely hotels around.

The location was good, the staff was helpful. They tried as much as they can

Bedsheets were not clean, the mattress was not clean. Dust on the windows. Wifi is not working properly. The toilets & bathroom were fine, but too small. The staff was good.
