Locatie is top van Ramira. Alles is op loopafstand. Barstraat en haven is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen. Je hebt in de buurt winkeltjes en genoeg eettentjes. Als je hier een week wilt blijven, zou ik een andere hotel kiezen met activiteiten. Je verveelt je gauw. 1x in de week komt er een "dj". Zeer teleurstellend. Meneer zet letterlijk op zijn laptop die aangesloten is op 2 boxen liedjes uit 2015. Geen sfeer noch uitnodigend indruk van de dj. Het was in korte tijd ook heel snel leeg op het podium. 1x in de week is er een dansshow. Dat was wel leuk. Er zat 3x haar in mijn eten. Ik heb de derde keer de leidinggevende geroepen om een klacht in te dienen. Hij bood zijn excuses aan. Ik heb met moeite in het hotel gegeten. Mocht je naar het strand willen, dan ben je afhankelijk van de shutte die op een dag in totaal 3x heen en 3x terug komt. Mocht je niet binnen deze tijden willen, dan zal je 25 minuten moeten lopen in 33 graden. En de drankjes bij het strand zijn op eigen kosten. Mocht je je strandhanddoek willen vernieuwen, dan zal je daar ook voor moeten betalen. Het zwembad in het hotel is koud. Je kan niet echt zonnen omdat er voornamelijk schaduw is. Personeel in het restaurant en de bar zijn heel vriendelijk en werken keihard. Ze helpen je graag. Voor mij geen Ramira meer. Ik zal liever naar een iets hygiënisch hotel willen met meer animatie, goede shuttleservice en een leuker zwembad.

Wir haben hier mit einer Freundesgruppe für 13 Tage einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt und es gab jeden Tag ein paar andere Hauptgerichte. Jedoch muss man sagen, gibt es hier keine Snacks zwischen durch am Pool, wie man es in den meisten anderen Hotels gewöhnt ist und die Auswahl an Essen etwas kleiner, aber trotzdem noch in Ordnung. Die Barkeeper waren sehr freundlich. Dadurch ,dass es ein Erwachsenen Hotel ist, war die Atmosphäre immer ruhig und entspannt. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat ist, dass der Pool im Keller war, und drumrum andere Gebäude Stehen, sodass die Sonne nicht den Ganzen Tag auf den Pool schien. Der Strand ist ganz schön und das Meer sauber. Im großen und Ganzen würde ich das nächste Mal in ein größeres Hotel wollen, da man hier schon viel weniger Angeboten bekommt (Snacks, Wellness, Pool). Wer aber in Stadtnähe sein will und nicht viel Geld ausgeben möchte ist hier richtig.

I had a conflict with other guests behaving inappropriate. While the restaurant garcon tried to calm down the situation, I tried to resolve the situation by asking the restaurant supervisor to help. However he, supervisor A. did not asserted accordingly and refused to help. this had created an unsafe and unpleasant rest of my stay. I made a complaint with the Front Office manager aswell as the General manager who both agreed with me on the situation. A thumbs up for them. The restaurant supervisor and 1 other employee are not suitable to work in hospitality. I doubt if the management is aware of their work attitude. A smile or “how are you?” is too much effort. Garcon Emre, the chefcook, the patisserie lady and garcon Maria make the difference. Emre is a hospitality star, don't let him go! The chefcook an patisserie lady are making the guests enjoy their food and have a chat and Maria always smiles! And the cleaning lady made sure the room was tip top everyday and made my start of each day good by saying “günaydin!”. Ramira has multiple locations of which Ramira Joy is the best, thanks to Rüstem, the Front Office manager there. We stayed there last year and rated them 5 stars. Will definitely stay there again. The hotel team of Ramira City has got improvement to do. Please take lessons from this review as it is my honest opinion and has made my holiday less enjoyable.

Often photos and the reality are quite different things. Luckily this was not the case staying in Ramira City. Everything felt even better than on the photos and the service was excellent!

Fint hotell, moderne stil, beliggenhet er supert. Hjelpsom og hyggelig betjening og god mat. Eneste negative var seng og puter , veldig harde..fikk ikke sove under oppholdet..

Kedeligt pool område ligger nede i et hul ellers fint godt hotel centralt beliggende i byen.
