The hotel smelled of smoke all over. Our room was super smelly, a combo of pickle/old cigarette smoke. The staff were great, but the hotel was awful.

When we arrived we found out that the pool was not available. When we got to our rooms, one had a non-working A/C and the other room had a toilet that would not flush.

The pool and hot tub were closed, it was over 90 degrees outside and our air conditioner did not work, my husband had to go to Lowes and buy a fan and it was still awful.

"Not worth the price to stay in sketchy Rifle CO"

Located close to Rifle State Park which is what brought us to the area. The breakfast was fine. What you would expect, pre-made omelets, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, and then some Continental items.

For paying nearly $300 for our one-night stay it was not worth the value. The place seem like it was under renovation but never completed. The baseboards all have been removed and not returned or patched up. The service was mediocre. The whole place itself was sketchy. The community of Rifle itself is very undesirable. If it wasn't for the state park in the area I would avoid stopping here.

Grumpy reception. I called to see if they had rooms. They did. For 200$ overnight . I made a reservation online a few minutes later for 140$. I do t appreciate the games. I stay in these chains quite a bit. All are getting expensive . But this one is clearly not worth it. Room smelled of pot. Homeless people in a van outside my window. Wi-Fi so slow it was worthless. For these prices totally unacceptable . Room was very average and somewhat tired .
