The bed had hair on the sheets and the couch was very out dated

The property itself was what you would expect for the price. The sole reason I gave it an Excellent rating was due to the service. Specifically that of Shawn at the front desk. I made the mistake of leaving my favorite jacket in my room when I left the property. After driving an hour and a half I realized what I had done. I called the property. Shawn graciously and immediately retrieved my jacket from the room. He then packages and shipped my jacket to me back in North Carolina. Just a great guy with a super pleasant personallity.

When we checked out I asked for a refund of the unused $25.00 "other charge" held aside from the prepayed stay cost. At departure the desk clerk said she had refunded the $25.00 other charge, but after days it has not been refunded into my card account. Then I called and talked by phone with the same desk clerk and she stated the refund will take business days. When I asked the number of business days she did not give a clue of the number of business days I must wait. This business is wrongfully withholding my money.

Most disgusting property I've ever stayed at. Literally had cockroaches growing across my bed and belongings. Domestic violence going on next door screaming, yelling all night. Banging on my wall because I called find office to complain. Horrible place. Had no trash cans, no coffee Maker broken cabinetry toilet didn't work. Period there were hundreds of dead cockroached bodies that had been smashed against the wall everywhere.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Old style with springs. Nice shower tho. No breakfast. Just coffee. All in all, for the price, I’d stay here again.

Old, run-down, dark and dingy. Definitely seen better days.

The photos advertised made the place look decent but was not what was shown. The hotel is non-smoking but smelled horribly of marijuana and the linen had an odd smell. There were air purifiers throughout the halls and no elevator. Not very accommodating or comfortable.

The smell... no smoking means no smoking!

Every thing was good but the only concern it smelled like weed in the hallway other than that it was fine
