During our stay, Domenica treated us with great kindness. What I appreciated most was how quickly she restocked the fruit and coffee when she noticed they were running low.

We stayed at this hotel and loved it! They have such a fun and friendly staff. The ladies on the front desk were so nice. They gave me a great recommendation to get my nails done and brought us extra towels for our girls soccer team. They even opened up breakfast early for us, before our game. Ya'll rock snd are thE bees' knees!

As soon as I walked in, Shay at the front desk made me feel at home. Welcomed me with her warm personalty and after a few minutes I felt like we knew each other for years. Its a great feeling to be away from home and still feel at home. Thank you Shay!

I stayed here earlier this week and was so impressed with the staff here. They are so kind and genuine. I had such a great time checking in with the lady at the desk, I forgot what room I was in and went to the wrong floor! The man pushing a blue cart down the hall was so nice too. You all really are the best people. My room was clean and I enjoy for breakfast too. Not much time for it, but enjoyed it! See you all in 3 weeks!

The fact that I paid for 2 rooms for no reason..I want the room for 2 days and the room was booked for the same night.I asked them to o correct my stat and they wouldn't so I would never ever come to this hotel again because they don't accommodate you.

PROS: 100% recommended! Asst general manager Vanessa was very welcoming and very friendly at checking at the front desk when I checked in and made sure to thank me as a veteran. In the morning Shay was very welcoming to my special needs son and is always smiling to everyone she sees…. I never seen a hotel staff that is greets everyone that comes in or that is living.. we are a special needs family and in the morning a lady named Shay. ( who was very welcoming, an gentle with my son and personalitiy shined like a star to my son who just loved her). Shay and Vanessa let my son play games by the desk and just let him feel comfortable in his own way which most hotel staff do not accomadte Speical need children. The beds were extremely contactable, and the rooms were extremley clean along the with showers which had nice pressure a great water tempature…. Overall experience was 5.0 if your looking for a family friendly hotel with CLEAN ROOMS an shower this is the place and the pool was nice to..

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Louis - Galleria. While the property itself may meet the standards expected of a Hilton brand, the behavior and professionalism of a certain staff member completely ruined my experience. Most notably, the staff member named Shay demonstrated an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism. She was consistently uncooperative, dismissive, and displayed a poor attitude when asked to perform basic tasks. Her unwillingness to fulfill reasonable requests and her apparent lack of motivation were not only frustrating but also deeply disrespectful. I found her demeanor to be stubborn and lazy, which is not what I expect from a hospitality professional. Shay failed to provide the courtesy and responsiveness that guests deserve. Their lack of attentiveness and dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome and undervalued throughout my stay. If Hilton expects this location to maintain a reputation for quality and guest satisfaction, I strongly urge management to retrain or replace staff members who do not embody the values of hospitality. Shay, in particular, should not be in a role that requires guest interaction until she can demonstrate professionalism and respect. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I will be sharing my experience with others to ensure they are aware of the poor service I received. My stay was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable.
