The hot tub was amazing

My room wasn't cleaned properly. There were stains on the sink and bed sheets, a dirty towel behind the bed and doors in the fridge.

3rd time here and always a great stay! Our room was clean and quiet and the staff is so nice. We love to stay here. We just love to talk and laugh with the ladies at the front desk! We had so much fun, you'd have thought it was Thanksgiving! See ypu again in May!

Specifically, Barbara always greets guests with a warm, beautiful smile and a "welcome back." It matters to feel welcomed, especially when you spend as much time away from home as I do. If you want to experience customer care and consideration, clean rooms, and a really good on-site gym, the Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Louis - Galleria is the place to stay. We stayed here during a volleyball tournament last week! You guys were so nice to have a reception for us! The service was top notch. Our girls had such a good tournament and fun at the hotel! The pool was beautiful and looked brand new! The gym looked amazing too! We can't wait to come back for the music festival this summer!
