My stay at the hotel was excellent from the very beginning. The facilities are extremely comfortable and have a touch of luxury that you can feel in every detail, from the rooms to the common areas. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had—varied, fresh, and truly delicious, the perfect way to start the day. What I want to highlight the most is the quality of the staff. Everyone was very kind, but especially Doménica, who was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Thanks to her, the experience was even more enjoyable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine attention to detail stood out in a way you don’t see often. She checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and handled every request with so much patience and warmth. Honestly, she carried the stay on her back, and it showed. Ms. Barbra was also extremely helpful and friendly, and her service didn’t go unnoticed. But Ms. Shay is the one who made us feel at home, and she deserves all the credit for turning our trip into something memorable. If the hotel had more people like her, it would easily be a five-star experience every time.
