Hotel staff say for all the issues that you bring to their attention that this is our “Standard”. I should tell hotel and their mgt that your standards are very low. Its not worth the money that we pay for.

Perfect and unique! Wildlife experience like no other

Absolutely amazing! We had a spectacular one night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. So special to be able to see and feed zebras and elephants from our patio and the Safari Park experience was just awesome! Comfy beds, warm and friendly staff, and one of the best free breakfast buffets we have ever had (and with lions made it incredible!) Definitely stay here!

A unique and beautiful lodge in Bali. The staff was professional, friendly, genuine and caring. They certainly went the extra mile to make sure we were very well taken care of. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and spacious and very much made you feel as if you were in an African lodge. The animals appeared well cared for and happy. The animal experiences were humane and truly an unforgettable experience. The night safari is an absolute must! Our son had a wonderful and memorable time feeding the zebras and wildebeest from our balcony and the staff was more than kind in giving him extra carrots to feed every time he asked. The Tsavo Lion Restaurant was an unforgettable experience and a unique way to dine. The safari park was conveniently located a short walk away and the free entrance made for ease in seeing the park at different times at our own pace. All around it was a wonderful experience and should the opportunity ever present itself we would be more than happy to return.

The property setting is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. I got a bit squeamish about seeing the animals in the same place everyday and not able to move around freely. The elephants work hard all day carrying people around I’m not sure whether that’s good for them.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Just brilliant.

Everything is so perfect including the view , the staff , the cleanliness, the hotel and the safari

This is a unique experience to stay in the park and able to watch the animals in their large natural fields and gardens. Have visited park many times now and always a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The animals are so well cared for and most exhibits you are in enclosed vehicle rather than animals being enclosed. My boy had learnt so much of the animals and understands how great the park does with endangered species. He speaks at his school and does reports on protecting the elephants and tigers. Through the Bali safari and Mara River animal experiences wonderful wildlife is being saved and children and adults can learn here and understand better. Thankful such a great place is available to enjoy and knowing your fees and visit will HELP not hurt animals! Thanks the wonderful staff make our stay so special.
