OUR STAY WAS AMAZING, THE ONLY EXCEPTION WAS THAT W WERE TOLD THE POOL WOULD BE OPEN AND IT WASNT. I HAD 2 VERY UPSET LITTLE BOYS

THE SECOND SHIFT RECEPTIONIST. SHE WQAS RUDE, DID NOT ACT AS THOUGH WE WERE IMPORTANT NOR THAT SHE WANTED TO BE THERE

Where it was located and the gentleman, Q, who checked us out

I booked for 2 queen beds and got 2 full size beds. There was also no extra blankets available. My children had a hard time sleeping due to the size of the beds. The toilet wouldn't stop running all night and also had a difficult time flushing which made it hard to sleep hearing it.
