"Extremely Satisfying place to stay!"

It was a wonderful hotel to stay at. It was near the beach and a great place to walk for exercise. It was off season, so it was not busy with people. Great views, great restaurants and had a lovely meal. The breakfast was included and was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very friendly and professional.

"Nice hotel staff where great breakfast was excellent."

It was very clean. We stayed for the Ironman race and it was overlooking the transition area.

The fridge had a few drinks in but no costs so we thought they may be included only to Find out that they where chargeable

"A lovely and relaxing break!"

We would highly recommend the Universal Hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially those at the front desk. The included breakfast was very good with a large range of food options. The pool was well-maintained and the beach club facilities were right across the road.
