Très bon accueil. Personnel souriant et chaleureux. Literie très très confortable. Fontaine à eau disponible à l’accueil avec prêt d’une bouteille en verre pour la chambre. Pas besoin d’acheter des bouteilles pour le séjour. Hôtel bien situé.

"Séjour à Lyon"

Le calme, la grande chambre, le parking fermé la nuit, le super petit déjeuner, le personnel à l'accueil très sympathique, la bouilloire avec café et infusion dans la chambre, le chauffage dans la salle de bain.

Attention il manque un gros coup d'aspirateur dans la chambre dans les coins et sous le lit, c'est vraiment dommage

Personnel agréable et accueillant. Malgré une attente à cause d'un bugue informatique, le personnel nous ont proposé un surclassement. Le parking est gratuit et accessible.

L'eclairagdans la chambre était faible.
