Proximité de la plage et du centre ville. Nourriture correcte, buffet varié. Clientèle massivement anglophone et germanophone, qui profite aisément de la formule all inclusive, nombre d'adultes en surpoids qui grignotent frites et hamburgers du matin au soir, arrosé de bières... Bon rapport qualité/ prix, malgré tout, mais pas spécialement attractif pour les francophones.

Basic 3 star hotel so only get what u pay for. Rooms cleaned everyday and are spotless. Great kids club but pool areas could do with a bit of a relationship vamp. Right by beach with lots of bars cafes and restaurants close by. Lovely relaxed holiday great for families. Food isn't great but it's good enough for what u pay.

Last minute stay found hotel just right friendly staff good food and in nice location with good access to local transport and coastal walks

This is a large hotel located not far from the restaurants and shops in Es Cana but in a quiet location close to a lovely beach. The rooms are fine, spacious and clean but furnishings and decor somewhat dated. They have air con, balcony and the ensuite is a reasonable size. Shower is powerful, but temperature fluctuates a bit! Has a bath too. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak good English. We had an enjoyable stay here, the only let down was the food which was very poor. The dining room was large and cramped at busy times. Long queues for the buffet and cooked food was poor quality. We chose not to eat there after the first day - there was a lovely restaurant 5 mins walk away which did great coffee and croissants, cooked breakfasts and fresh orange juice. Lots of things were at extra cost. If you want wifi, or to use the safe in your room, you have to pay. Plus they want a 10€ deposit for the safe key and the same if you want a beach towel. They even want a deposit for the TVs remote!! If you need an iron it'll cost you 10€, ironing board is 12€. Not good if you're on a budget!

Good value for money hotel thats near the beach and friendly staff. Only moan would be the beds were pretty uncomfortable

Hotel was very clean , room was spotless and clean towels each day,food was 100% and drink was just as good , the staff where youre so helpful and the girl that cleaned are room each day was so nice , the only gripe i would have would be the entertainment at night but would not put me off going back . Ps . Great value for the money i payed..

Not bad at all especially for the price in a good location and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

You era not boring there. Lots of contests during day. At nights plenty shows every night.
