The outdoor area, infrastructure is good, and there are plenty of options for sunbeds. Kids enjoyed the pool and the rocky beach is suffient for building castle. Room was decent even if bathroom needs a lift. Bed and pillows are comfy.

Food is pretty average and segala restaurant is a joke. Customer service? .. well not sure if staff are trained properly or just off the boat from India.

"Little peace of heaven, placed on a wrong location"

Room was beautifully decorated, beautiful view. Beds are comfortable, pillows nice and soft. Pools are clean, well taken care of. The whole resort is beautiful luscious and peaceful. Our room was always cleaned and well kept by lovely Hari. He is very sweet and accommodating. The kids club us also great, with various activities planned for kids daily.

Long line at egg station was really a turn off at breakfast. Taking more than 10 min waiting to get omelette. Gym very small, at times some equipmente were not working. We had to wait for other guests whom were running on treadmill for more than 50km. Unfortunately the beach is not swimmable at the resort. One has to walk or drive out for swimming. Or just enjoy huge swimming pools the resort has to offer.
