Great location, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Parking was handy being on the property. Breakfast option in the hotel was a nice option.

Being remodelled and new, there was nothing to not like.

"Superb stay in a spotless hotel!"

We had a great stay at this hotel for the night. The reception staff were really lovely, the hotel was spotless and it was so nice to have everything we needed in the room. A percolator and coffee, hairdryer etc. The air con was set perfectly and wasnt noisy, the bed was mega comfy and the shower was lush. It had shampoo, conditioner and wash which meant we didn’t have extra weight in our luggage and the breakfast was lovely. No problems with anything about this place. It’s close to ouseburn if you fancy checking out the indie side of town-with art and vintage shops, and next to Victorian Tunnels (100% recommend). Nb-the parking was £13 for the night and following day.
