Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Man kann entspannt in die Altstadt spazieren.

Unser Zimmer war ein wenig eng geschnitten - das hat bei einer Nacht nicht gestört!

"Kaunis hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla"

Todella kaunis hotelli ja sijainti oikein sopiva kaupungin kiertelyyn. Ihana sisäpiha. Spa mukava lisä vaikkei sitä nyt käytettykään. Työntekijät oli ystävällisiä. Zen deluxe huone mukavan iso ja tilava. Aamupala oli hyvän runsas!

-Huone oli kadun puolella joten liikenteen äänet häiritsi todella pahasti nukkumista. Korvatulpat pitäisi ehottomasti kuulua tämän hotellin huoneiden perustarvikkeisiin. - Ikkuna oli todella vaarallinen, sen sai kokonaan auki melko helposti. Lasten kanssa yövyttiin joten sai vahtia etteivät menneet ikkunan lähelle. Kolmannesta kerroksesta melkoinen pudotus alas. Eli ei ehkä lapsiystävällisin valinta. -Huoneen pinnat oli pölyiset. - Kylpyhuone ahdas ja amme+suihku samassa ei ollut kovin toimiva. - Hotellin oman ravintolan taso ei ollut kummoinen, näinkin hienosta hotellista kuvittelisi saavan hieman tasokkaampaa illalisruokaa. :)

Sehr gute, saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr schöner SPA-Bereich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, die Zubereitung frisch. Das Abendessen im Hotel hat uns hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und wir sind hervorragend bedient worden. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas weit vom Fähranleger, für den Besuch der Altstadt jedoch bestens geeignet.
