Hotel is nice and clean, with good food available from the buffet. However, there are extra costs, such as sun loungers, beach towels and umbrellas on the beach even for hotel guests.

It was overall a bit strange. The room itself was nice and comfy so it gets at least 3 stars. The stupid rules they had made it less like a relaxing vacation and more like a 3rd-world vibe. You are forced to use a cash card and you can only deposit cash in it. You can use credit cards to deposit but only at the reception. If you get there late and want to add cash after 10pm you will have to wait until 3am because they close their payment machines from 10pm to 3am! You have to pay $5 euros per person each time you use the gym. To get a beach towel, you are forced to put a $10 euro deposit per person which you’ll get back when checking out. Each towel change costs $2. The property itself is massive and is mainly good for people with kids. The buffet was like the hunger games. Getting a table was a struggle and immediately puts you in a stressful mood before you even dine. The food is below average. The eggs at breakfast (all types) are ice cold and not appetizing. Overall, a very mediocre stay that we’d never want to repeat.

Le changement des draps et des serviettes de toilette tous les jours n’est pas cohérent avec l’affirmation eco-friendly. Une partie des informations n’est pas traduite en anglais, le personnel ne parle pas toujours anglais. J’avais signalé que je suis végétarienne mais aucun affichage ne précisait si les plats étaient végétariens ou non : obligatoire de demander mais les interlocuteur-rices ne savaient pas tous-tes parler anglais… Autre exemple les animateur-rices du club enfant donc pas de club enfant disponible pour les enfants non italianophones. Les déchets dans les allées, les poubelles communes ne sont pas vidées. De nombreux services payants ne sont pas décrits dans l’annonce, ainsi que des informations utiles (bonnet de bain obligatoire dans la piscine par exemple)

Tutto bene. Ho avuto un problema personale importante, grande disponibilità e collaborazione per trovare una soluzione soddisfacente per entrambe le parti.

Rapporto qualità prezzo non all’altezza. Il giorno della partenza sembra che non vedono l’ora che tu vada via: a colazione non abbiamo trovato più il nostro tavolo (era stato già cambiato con il nominativo di un’altra famiglia in arrivo), tornati da colazione le nostre chiavi della camera erano state disattivate alle 10:05, senza che nessuno ci avesse avvisato della cosa al check-in. Fantastico intrattenimento serale, pessimo quello del kids club. Da consigliare l’esperienza del Cagliari Summer Camp (a pagamento).

Una vacanza confortevole in un contesto naturale molto curato con una bella spiaggia e un mare bellissimo. Certo l’abitazione non è nuova e potrebbe essere più curata ma non toglie nulla alla piacevolezza del contesto. Un punto di miglioramento necessario: le camere di cortesia sono anguste e senza aria condizionata… si distrugge il ricordo della vacanza se non si curano questi aspetti

La spiaggia meravigliosa e il personale hanno reso il soggiorno molto piacevole.

Checking into the hotel was a nightmare and exhausting so during my first day I was not happy . However my family and I had a great experience overall but some strange payments for example sun beds on the beach when I’ve paid thousands of pounds for 5 adults and two rooms this doesn’t not make sense . The room cleaners and staff in general were brilliant and the hotel must have an enormous number of staff . There are plenty of beautiful natural areas to walk around and the beach is amazing and the blue ocean is stunning . All of my friends were telling me to go to the North East of Sardinia but honestly it was beautiful
