Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Colfax

This hotel is very simple but it's exactly what we needed...... a quick stop.We were not looking for anything extra.Just a place to stay the night and continue on our trip. Some areas could be updated but like I said simple and clean. Breakfast consisted of cereal, toast, bagels and cream cheese.Hard boiled eggs, sunny dee, milk, coffee and waffles.

Great comfortable clean stay. Staff is very friendly and shows pride in the facility. Would happily stay here again!

Great place

The motel was newer looking from the outside but a little beat up inside. The bathroom sink had whiskers from whoever had last shaved. The microwave turntable didn't turn and I had to manually move the food every few seconds to prevent burning. The beds were comfortable and the service was good. Breakfast was a little skimpy compared to similar motels on our cross country trip.

This place was OK to spend the night, and allows you to bring dogs for an extra $20 per pet, but the place definitely needed some attention as far as the bathtub and toilet being worn and gray, tiny thin towels, a lock on the outside door did not work, the traffic noise from the highway close by was very noticeable and, I swear, Sasquatch must have been staying in the room above us with all the clomping going on.And the breakfast left a lot to be desired basically a few cereal options, a couple toast options, bad coffee. We were only there as an overnight on a long drive, so it was tolerable, but absolutely nothing happened to highly recommend this place.

Lawn dandelions were very bad. Neighborhood grass perfect

Room was fairly clean.

Room was fine but the bathroom was not great. The tile floor in the bathroom was cracked and loose. The tiles kept lifting up in jagged pieces and cut our feet up.

We had an excellent stay! The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Very clean, nice staff, and okay breakfast. Would stay here again if needed.
