Location for the rugby and the buffet breakfast was superb. The evening / lunch dining in the Huddle is casual and surprisingly good quality. The taste was excellent from a menu of pizza burgers etc that are not my thing but on this occasion couldn’t fault it a reasonably price given location. Large walk in shower, no bath gets my vote every time. Showers should always be separate from the bath. 👌

The cold shower on Sunday morning. 🤷‍♂️ Why in a DOUBLE room with a small table only put ONE easy chair when there is plenty of room for a second🤷‍♂️

Comfy beds and a great location. Room was a decent size although there were 160 steps from the lift to the door!

There was no hot water in the hotel on the Sunday. Staff did not seem to care. "An engineer has been called" was their only response. When asked about compensation we were told to email in as there was not a duty manager there. Not acceptable for such a large and busy hotel.

The shower on our last day was tepid at best and I heard other guests complaining at reception when we checked out
