Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Gegend und die Innenstadt per Taxi erreichbar. Manchmal wartet man sehr lange auf eine Taxiabholung.

Das Hotelspa war absolut widerlich. Im Dampfbad war am Boden Schimmel und sogar ein Zehennagel. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung des Hotels sehr veraltet und renovationsbedürftig, im Lift funktionierten beispielsweise die Knöpfe manchmal nicht. Die vier Sterne sind masslos übertrieben.

Pra usar a piscina paga. Precisa ter uma touca que está a venda no hotel. Precisa reservar horário. Precisa ter sapato adequado (não pode ser sapato de uso externo) Tudo paga pra usar a piscina.
