Basic old fashion motel along Oregon coast. Would have been a lot nicer but there was really bad fog in the area. Decent stay, but nothing special

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room was back away from the highway and quiet.

The staff was very communicative and friendly.

The price was good and the staff was very friendly. The room was good enough: clean and everything worked. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and I didn’t walk barefoot in the room because I just don’t trust old carpet. I needed an inexpensive place to stay and this fit the bill. They could really use some upgrades but I appreciate that there are some less expensive options like this on in town too.

We liked being by the Ocean and nearby access to the beaches

Toilet was dirty and didn’t flush well (it just needs to be replaced), no fan in the bathroom, flooring was peeling up, no deadbolt on the door.

The hotel was a little tired, but the bed was decently comfortable. Unless you sleep the sleep of the dead, do yourself a favor and request an upstairs room. The noise transfer from up to down was a real thing! They could stand to purchase some new linens (the towels were pretty dingy) and do a little sprucing up of the rooms, but if you are looking for a less expensive and safe place to lay your head in Brookings, this fits the bill.
