The Avenue Regent

Excellent room facilities. Very pleasant atmosphere. Excellent service with very friendly staff who were so helpful. Food was authentic cuisine and incredibly tasty. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cochin. We cannot think of anyway to improve this hotel. We will tell our friends and family.

Enjoyed everything about the hotel except for your positioning the reception area right next to the open bar. It makes the place extremely noisy & unruly! It was truly a dampener for an otherwise superlative experience!!!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I can't recommend it enough! Service is fantastic.....room is perfect. The stay was perfect! If you're in the Cochin area, you have to stay here!

A great place to stay,the room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and very helpful,the food was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

It was a pleasant stay .. it was well maintained and had courteous staff. Wi-Fi had few problems and the transport we were asking for for kumarokam trip was too pricey .. which we did not take .; but otherwise was a good experience for us.

service was poor. customer care need to be improved. requested for someone to come to check my computer and the guy at the reception said that they will send the guy quickly but no one came despite my second request.

We had three days at this hotel Overall good. We had stayed there a number of years ago when it was impressive but the standards have dropped a bit.The room could have been a lot cleaner.Got tired of ringing house keeping for toiletries which are basic supplies.Staff are friendly.Restaurant was good.
