I recently stayed at The Corus Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and the hospitality is top-notch. I especially want to appreciate Mr. Manoj Kumar from the Front Office Night Shift. He went above and beyond to help me during my stay. At around 2:00 AM, when I couldn't find food and was facing issues with online payment, Manoj personally arranged food for me and even paid in advance from his own side, just to make sure I didn’t go hungry. That level of care and support is rare to find these days. He was extremely polite, helpful, and truly represents the spirit of great customer service. Highly recommend The Corus Hotel to everyone looking for not just a comfortable stay, but also genuine human warmth and support. People like Manoj Kumar make a place feel like home his kindness and dedication truly touched me. I’m genuinely grateful and will always remember this experience. 🙏
