"Great night"

Everything was Great We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Lots of food options near by the hotel. Beds were just right on firmness. The bathroom mirror has a light around it to help with makeup and hair.. It was nice & quite for the most part..

Towels, bed and sheets were fine. Floor was dirty and stained. Bathtub was either dirty or super stained. There was a slider web with what appeared to be an egg sack.

Our room was full of roaches. We were given a new room on the opposite side of the building that was also full of roaches. Workers were nice but over all the place was gross. There’s plenty better options close by.

"Deceptive Pet Fees"

Check in required additional fees not listed on their website. Pet fee was per dog not per stay. Website says 25 USD for up to 2 pets not to exceed 75 USD per stay. Night clerk did not speak with Management nor did Manager call as promised. Cancelled my return stay. Rather than fixing entry into a side door (which has a key card reader), they called it “exit only”. Not marked as such.

Check in was easy. Staff was not friendly but not rude or anything just to the point. Fast to check in. Room was comfy and big. Bathtub needed cleaning and the sofa couch needs to be cleaned but overall it was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast options were ok. Hit breakfast was available. Staff was quick to refill foods when it was empty. Thank u for the great service.

"Not so clean"

The floors in my room did not look like they had been swept or mopped in some time. I woke up to a bug that looks like a cockroach in the bathroom the first night and then the second day when I got back to my room there was a second bug in the bathroom. The front desk didn’t seem too concerned about the bugs and said they would let housekeeping know. The floor by the shower felt like it was about to give way when walking on it. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

Great service!! Clean room. Beds and pillows were comfortable and breakfast was hot and delicious. The location is very centrally located and easy to find. The staff was very friendly and asked how my stay was. The facility was extremely clean and very decor was inviting.
