"Needs a little work"

Hope they’re not finished decorating. Our room was dark with dark gray walls and poor lighting. We’re used to a mirror over the desk area with outlets, but the only mirror near outlets was in the bathroom. Comfy beds and great a/c. Our friends tv didn’t work. No art on the wall to brighten up things. Tub was clean, but needs refinishing. Breakfast was ok.

The lobby was nice and breakfast was decent. The room was spacious and clean and the family suite fit our family of 5 very well. The hard floor surface in the rooms made the room feel cheap and not cozy, I would have preferred carpet.

Room was dirty like it wasn’t cleaned from the last guest. Sheets had stains. Beds were worn out so you rolled to the middle.

"Incorrect Billing"

Plans changed which caused my stay to shorten so I checked out early 1 day and informed clerk. Clerk said he would have Mgr adjust number of nights and send e-mail billing. I never received any communication from the Mgr or staff so I called and spoke with someone who said they were the Mgr and he said that the billing would not be adjusted and still didnt send me a statement at my request.
