"Favorite Hotel in Flagstaff"

Our favorite hotel in Flagstaff (and we’ve tried others, only to watch them go downhill). The room had a nice layout. The bed was comfortable and we liked the small curved couch that was perfect for lounging on before bed. We loved the lobby area where many people gathered for rest, refreshments, reading or chat. It was very comfortable and they kindly turned the fire on for us The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

"Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend"

I had high hopes for our family trip, but our experience at this hotel was awful from start to finish. The service was incredibly lacking, and the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. For the price we paid, the value simply isn't there. The rooms felt dated and were not up to the cleanliness standards I expect from a Marriott property. To make matters worse, the noise levels made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. We encountered multiple issues throughout our stay, and unfortunately, management did nothing to make it right. Save your money and stay somewhere else in Flagstaff.
