Great Place to stay and staff are so polite. The manager was excellent I can't remeber his name but great manager who made us wellcome and gone that extra yard to make us feel comfortable.

I booked it for me and my husband to get a day off from the daily parents responsibility as a new year run away so we chose something on the beach but it was a disaster!! Night time the garden view lights are off , hotel seemed like a ghost house , facility looked like it's a 10000000 years old place , not been taking care of ! In simple words the worst hotel Iv ever stayed in

Roos are small , lights are either off or on do dim lights, curtains are bad sunlight came in and we couldn't sleep room service didn't take our order on time because they went to pray !!

The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,
