el hotel es muy bueno y tranquilo.el desayuno es excelente con muchas variedades.el personal del hotel son muy amable y servicial ademas saben el ingles.la ubicacion es perfecta en el centro de yiwu que es totalmente remodelado por completo con centro comercial muy lindo.

We stayed only one night but should have stayed longer. The hotel is great and Yiwu is also interesting.

Complaint Regarding Heating Failure and Resulting Damages

Dear Sir or Madam, My daughter and I stayed at your hotel and had two separate rooms booked. Unfortunately, the heating was not working in either of the rooms. After reporting the issue and requesting that the heating be turned on, the hotel staff informed us that they would fix the problem and reprogram the system. Unfortunately, despite these assurances, nothing was done. Because of the very cold rooms, my daughter became ill, which forced us to extend our stay at the hotel for one additional day. Sadly, even then the heating was still not working, despite repeated promises that the issue would be resolved. Due to the unexpected extension of our stay in Amsterdam, we were unable to continue our planned trip to Los Angeles, which resulted in significant additional costs and the loss of our original flight tickets. In the end, we had to separate: I had to purchase a new ticket to Los Angeles at a cost of €1,800, my daughter purchased a new ticket to Zagreb for €750, and the additional hotel stay cost us €200. As a result, the lack of heating and the inadequate response from the hotel caused us additional expenses totaling €2,750, as well as my daughter’s inability to continue her planned trip to the United States.
