Beautiful design spacious rooms, luxury facilities nice cafe good gym ocean views

Hot water took a long time and often quite tepid Sometimes waiting for a lift for a few minutes Coffee quite expensive in the cafe And food tax quite a long time

Facilities are old and not cleaned

The staff were incredibly polite and made me very comfortable during my stay. It was also very nice that 7/11 was right downstairs.

Love the property. One thing I didn’t like: the view of the ocean from the rooftop bar of the Executive building is somewhat blocked by the main building - kind of sucks!

We stayed for 10 nights in March and over all is good. Great location next to the beach and shops. Staff all good and very friendly but have never been to any hotel in the far east that doesn't offer awesome welcome drink (whoever check in was fine and they did check us in early)

I stayed in the tower close to the beach. It has very nice infinity pool on 4th floor. Hotel staff was nice and location was Great. My room was confortable and had a nice sea view. Overall very pleasant stay.

The facility is awesome, big and clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The service was top notch and the breakfast buffet wonderful

I had a truly wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Pattaya that I would love to share. Yesterday evening, I visited a beachfront ice cream café in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my Louis Vuitton pochette on the chair, which contained my Chanel wallet, car keys, and credit cards. I only realized about 10 minutes later while walking back to my hotel. I immediately contacted Holiday Inn Pattaya, and to my surprise, the staff responded very quickly. Within a short time, they informed me that a staff member from the café had safely kept my bag. Everything was returned to me completely intact. I was honestly very impressed and deeply grateful. This kind of honesty and professionalism is truly rare and speaks volumes about the quality of both the café staff and the hotel team. I went back to personally thank the staff member, and I truly appreciate their kindness and integrity. They turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a heartwarming experience. Thank you again to the amazing team at Holiday Inn Pattaya. I will definitely remember this and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
