We arrived at the Hilton Hotel in Biltmore Park exhausted from having to spend the night sleeping at the Washington, DC airport. We missed one night at the hotel and called to inform Hilton we were stuck in DC. Our room was cancelled by mistake and Dana Cottman, who is one of the Supervisors, saved our weekend! She was able to work her magic get us a room and we were able to be ready for my cousins wedding! The bathroom was fabulous, clean, loved the Crabtree shampoo, conditioner and body gel products they had at the hotel! The hotel had a great atmosphere and was designed and decorated nicely. Our family would have eaten at other places, however, Fork Lore was fabulous. The food was superior, which I am amazed, it was in a hotel! One waitstaff, Ashley, was amazing. My dad and I have food allergies and she went out of her way to insure both of us had the correct food! The morning staff at Fork Lore were good as well! Great staff, who were attentive to our needs! The Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park hotel has a great location; close to stores and restaurants. We were happy eating at the Fork Lore with the friendly and attentive staff and fabulous food. It is close to Parks such as Sliding Rock, which I would love to explore in the future! I highly recommend the Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park hotel!

The location was near other restaurants and not far from hiking and other activities. Though it is 30 min in traffic to downtown. Closer to shopping has some good stores near by. Easy drive to NC arboretum and Pisgah forest hikes.

The sofa and duvet were not cleaned properly after the previous check out. The fire alarm went off twice at 1 am and 2am in the morning and the entire hotel was rushed out which turned out to be a false alarm. The staff on duty said it happens when it rains but no apologies tendered .AC in the room was loud and may need cleaning.

We were woken up at 1am due to a faulty fire alarm, this wouldn't have been such a big deal if it was a one time occurrence. Looking back at reviews, this has been going on for months. Just a little rain and the fire alarm goes off. There were families with little ones and elderly making their way down 5 flights of stairs only to be standing outside in the rain with no guidance or information on what's going on. When the fire trucks arrived, they were very familiar with what was going on. A faulty sensor in an air duct. After 2 hours in the rain we were finally allowed back to our rooms. This is something that needs to be fixed especially for a hotel that charges $450 per night. The manager (Dana) was very rude and kept telling me there is no problem, the system is working as designed. I've never stayed in a hotel where a light rain sets off a fire alarm. Thats a poor design if a light drizzle is supposed to set off an emergency exit. We will never stay in this hotel again, very poor representation of Hilton Hotels.

The view was not what we paid for. However, we only stayed one night so it didn't really bother us.

We had the BEST room in this hotel and we loved it so much! The one bedroom options are awesome and so spacious. We brought out pet poodle and she was very calm and at home at this hilton. We will stay here again! Perfectly clean, quiet, and a great location. Donna and Dana were THE BEST. We were able to check in early and we checked out a day early and received a refund on our final day even though we didn't ask for it. Thank you for having us!!!!!!
