Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park

The room we booked was NOT available so we had to pay for more expensive room. Room small. Bathroom really small. Inside Car Parking good but no direction signs from parking to Hotel through lifts and tunnel.. Dining Staff Excellent. But would NOT stay there again.

The bar staff very good, paid attention to our needs, meals served in good manner of time.

Service was very slow in the restaurant. Wait staff for breakfast very slow, for $300.00 per night ,would had been nice if something was free be it a bagel or a piece of fruit , a beverage. My wife was told by an Intern at front desk on our first day, that the pool was closed and closed indefinitely.(We picked your hotel because it had an indoor pool). We later learned that was incorrect, the afternoon before our departure.

Amazing staff! Great location. Very clean and orderly. Rooms are nice. Try and get the river view if you can. It’s so peaceful!

Everything was clean and spacious. Room had a small fridge and coffee maker, although there was a coffee bar (free) set up in the lobby every morning. Quiet. Walking distance to a number of eateries and other business establishments in the area, including a movie theater. Great little restaurant attached to the hotel - Fork Lore. Free parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent customer service!! The ladies at the desk went above and beyond to get us rooms even though we didn’t have reservations. Thank you so much Dana and team for a wonderful experience!!

The room was clean and quiet. Room service did not bring clean towels or clean the room. I’m sure if we had asked them to they would’ve but what happened to them checking the room each day?

Great location, very clean, beautifully decorated, nice pool area, convenient and walkable. 2 Queen Main Street view room was nice but a little small.
