Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park

Location was okay, close to shops but 20-30 ride to downtown Asheville and key attractions.

Poor check in; given a room located opposite the elevator bay and disturbed by dogs barking and people traffic.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Customer service top notch. I stay in Hiltons all the time and this is now one of my favorites. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Great view. Worth the price you pay !!!

Fabulous all hours

My family and I visit family in the Asheville area multiples times a year and often stay at the same hotel. On this trip, we arrived at the normal hotel only to learn of a mixup on the hotel’s part that left us without rooms. At 10pm, I sat in the hotel lobby trying to find a new place for our family. The hotel staff did nothing to help even though I learned later that they had five other properties in their hotel group. We eventually called the Hilton at Biltmore Park. Originally, they said they didn’t have the rooms to accommodate us over the busy weekend. The Room Coordinator, Dana, quickly called back to say they did found the necessary rooms. She went on to say, “I know it’s late. Just get over here with those babies and we’ll work out everything when you get here.” When we arrived at the Hilton, the staff were very welcoming to our family and that continued throughout our stay. Suffice it to say, we have found our new home away from home when in Asheville. I have proceeded to cancel the other two stays I had at the other hotel. The property itself is well maintained and in a convenient area but there’s no question the staff makes the stay even more pleasant and memorable.

I call specifically about perfumes in the hotel. I was told no perfumes. I called the day before about the room not having perfumes. Arrived and the whole 1st floor smelled not a little but a lot of perfume. Worst I ha e run into. The room had perfumed soaps which made the room bad. I did not appreciate not being told when I called to ask. Would not stay again.

This is a nice hotel. It is in a town center with many restaurants withing walking distance, a movie theater across the street, and some shopping mixed in with the restaurants. Their restaurant is pretty nice also. We ate breakfast there every day and had one dinner there. There is free parking in a deck behind the hotel with a back way in that requires two elevators. The devil in the details is in the room we had. It was a nice looking room with a balcony (paid extra). The bed was decent, but I've had better ones in hotels. The pillows were terrible, unless you don't like firm ones. The light switch by the door turns on a very small recessed light. If you walk past the bathroom door, the closet is next. There is no light in the closet, and the entry light is so dim, it does not help. So, it is very hard to see the keypad on the safe, especially to read the instructions on how it works. It requires sitting on the floor with a phone flashlight. Also, the hanging, sliding shower door made a ridiculous amount of noise when opening and closing. And finally, the refrigerator compressor was loud as was the A/C fan (but not the compressor). So, a nice hotel, but the details in our room were disappointing.

We love this Hilton! This location has great shopping and dining just steps away, and the hotel itself is top-notch. We especially like the close proximity to Sierra Nevada Brewery and Regal theatre. The bar at the Hilton is also one of our favorites. All the bartenders and waitstaff are very good, and weekend bartender Jay, is our favorite.
