Fridays Boracay Resort

All the staff were incredible friendly and helpful from day 1. I love the location as it is walking distance to station one but at the same time far enough for it to be very quiet at all times. The only thing I didnt like was that the neighbor hotel north of Fridays had very loud music at night which kind of ruined the small live performance they had for dinner time.

Used to love Fridays. Major issue is wifi. Poor connectivity compared to the resort beside it, Discovery Shores. If they want to be competitive, the have to fix their wifi! Goodness!

There was no downside to our stay. We will definitely return.

Our trip got off to the worst possible start with the hotel failing to pick us up at Caticlan airport. the reception did not respond positively and in the end we had no choice but to make our own way to the resort, bus, ferry, taxi. on arrival reception dad finally realised we had reserved a airport transfer and apologised. the hotel manager was not available and decided to avoid us as she had more important tasks to attend to. the resort is very basic, the room and bathrooms in desperate need of an upgrade. notwithstanding the staff are very helpful and attentive and could not do enough to make the stay comfortable. Having stayed at Discovery Shores on my previous trip I certainly wont return to Fridays

Great place for bonding with my family (15 of us) and relaxing. Service and facilities are A1. If you want nightlife activities, restaurants and shopping, take a tricycle to DMall where you'll find thousands of tourists flocking all the streets.

Nice hotel, close to the more quiet end of the beach. It's also not huge, so you will not be with many other guests. We were lucky and were upgraded on arrival- the suite rooms are awesome- huge bathroom with tub and bed and bedding is very comfy.

Stopped on the island for three days after an Manila business trip. Solo single white male with scruples (completely out of place among the Viagra Americans with their 20-year old Pinay arm-pieces). Fridays: Excellent digs, clean, rustic, great service. Love the veranda hammock. Boracay south of Boat Station 1 put me on edge with its party atmosphere; Coming home to Fridays always felt like an oasis. The sun hat and selfie stick peddlers do inhabit this end of the beach, but it's quiet and has a calm cool vibe. The food could use improvement, but what a spot for a drink and a sunset.

Fridays was an excellent choice. Staff was very nice and courteous. Rooms were Ok, but not bad. Food was good. Location was perfect, quiet and peaceful. Massages were great.

I purposely selected this hotel for privacy - away from the crowd, and the island vibe - hammock, bed-netting, etc. It was a quick 2-day getaway for my wife and I and we wanted privacy and the quiet walk on the beach. We could have done without the heat and rain but that's part of being in the tropics. For most part, the hotel was quiet and our morning or late evening walks on the beach gave us the solitude we were seeking. Our stay was pleasant and relaxing and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

Great stay! Staff was professional and pampered us in our weeklong stay, def recommend upgrading to premium rooms, the small up charge is worth it for the much nicer room!
