Hilton Garden Inn Twin Falls

Clean and nicely updated room.

The mattress was terrible! We stayed with friends at this same hotel and they also mentioned how uncomfortable the mattress was. The shower towels are stored INSIDE the shower! $10.95 per person for breakfast.

Good location and very clean place to stay..

For the type of hotel this is you would expect free breakfast but doesn't not..

That I didn’t know about having to be a member to have breakfast and was scolded by a cook for taking a banana. I didn’t realize you had to be on a list. It said complimentary so I thought it included all guests. It was very embarrassing since she scolded me in front of others that were eating

Should offer free water bottles with coffee maker in room.

The friendliness of the staff, the excellent breakfast, the seasonal decor, and the fireplace in the foyer added to the charm. Some hotels feel sterile. Not this one. We will stay here again. Also, the pool area is very clean

Nothing we didn't like. This Hilton has thought of everything to make stays comfortable and accommodating.

The room and pool were fantastic.

The restaurant closed approximately 2 hours early, leaving us to have to add more time and miles on an already 12 hour drive day. It was frustrating not to have the accommodations listed available. Also, the "free breakfast " listed on the site was actually $15 per person. Other than added expense and inconvenience of food, the stay was great.
