La habitación era amplia, la ubicación del hotel muy buena.

Una de las toallas de la habitación tenía una mancha y una de las ventanas era difícil de cerrar debido a un pequeño desperfecto. El movimiento desde el estacionamiento a las habitaciones es tedioso, pues se requiere usar tres ascensores distintos: Uno para llegar desde el estacionamiento al primer piso del edificio, otro para llegar desde este primer piso al cuarto piso donde se encuentra la recepción del hotel y luego otro distinto para llegar desde recepción hasta tu habitación. Si no usas el estacionamiento son dos elevadores. El desayuno no estuvo mal, pero he comido mejores y más variados en hoteles más económicos de Santiago.
