Grand Residency Hotel & Serviced Apartments

The location of the hotel is great and the renovated rooms look good. The fridge, micro wave, washing machine, TV and induction stove are great.

We have stayed in Grand 3 times. Both times that we have stayed in Grand recently, since they have started their renovation, our rooms smelt of mold. The first time we stayed there, it didn't. They need air purifiers.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional, with every staff member demonstrating professionalism, attentiveness, and a willingness to assist whenever needed. The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and provided a comfortable experience throughout my stay. What stood out most was the hotel’s balanced approach to hospitality and security. As a tourist visiting Mumbai, I appreciated that the hotel was welcoming and accommodating without being overly restrictive, while still maintaining appropriate safety measures for guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

The barthroom was good and the breakfast was ok

The property is under construction and it was not mentioned during the booking. The room was with connected door to another room and we could here everything from the other room and so there were no privacy. The gym is absolutely a no go and to go to the gym you have to cross a room which was totally under construction, absolutely horrible. The stuff would like to discuss all that things with there supervisor but they didn’t do anything. There were really ignorant about this
