The staff are excellent. This location is very nice for all kinds of activities from hanging around the pretty beach to boat trips to the islands. Its not on the west side, but its so close it does not matter. You can save money and book this hotel and walk to the west side very easily. Only accessible by boat, but the boat trip is short and pretty simple. Shopping like crazy close by. Very chill area.

Average hotel. Good location, clean enough, food was fine, and pool was nice. Only major complaint was that the shower did not warm up enough.

"Wonderful Hotel… steps away from East Railay Pier"

Wonderful Hotel. 2 min walk to the East Railay Pier. Super convenient location. Hotel was quiet. Front Desk Mgr Thanannat upgraded us to a room that was perfect. He was very welcoming and made our stay a pleasant one. Breakfast is Excellent. Wifi signal could be better but it did okay. Great Staff!

"Railay Princess Resort"

The hotel was in a great location, it was nice having a buffet breakfast in the morning.Leaving there was great as the boat was directed by them and very convenient . Only downfall of this resort was hard pillows.
