"Disappointing"

Spacious property

Extremely dishonest practice — forced us to pay an absurd amount for a tiny broken lid we never used. Held us ransom right before our flight. Shameful and unacceptable

"Spacious modern well maintained villa with good size pool."

The size of the villa , the pool. The accommodating and friendly staffs. Very friendly and very prompt with any service request.

- Breakfast choices is quite limited. - No rchannels on TV . Can only watch Youtube or Netflix using ur own account. - The flooring on the yard is slippery when wet especially after coming out of the pool.

"Mostly positive, with the staff being friendly and welcoming."

Staff were helpful & friendly. The gardens to the main driveway were kept in s good condition. The Villa was kept clean & tidy on a daily basis. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The two main trees by the pool had been cut completely back to the trunk of the tree only, i.e. no branches or foliage, which made the pool area look quite sparce. The entire Villa was quite sparce and needed additional plants & foliage around the pool area and additional artwork on walls. The fridge was too small and the kitchen was small and dated, with a very low height bench.

The villas are brilliant and so luxurious, but what really makes this place special is the amazing staff and friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble and they are just fantastic! Great location for families and fun!

Great place, great service and hospitality ! The kids love it and super convenient. Love the pool and rooms ! Bathrooms are huge and beautiful. Clean and easy to call for room service. Staff are very helpful, friendly and polite Didn’t need to buy water as they have an easy to use water dispenser
