We felt excellent. The hotel does not excel, but it strives to maintain its low cost standard. It is NOT a hotel for the pretentious. The staff was really FRIENDLY and helpfull. *I liked: - the cleanliness of the rooms; - useful kitchen accessories; - very kind receptionist, organized us a pleasant trip to Mount Athos on a boat; - themed Greek evenings organized at the restaurant with playground. *Overall: for us as a family it was OK and we liked the room, we liked the entertainment, we liked the breakfast, but I repeat, for the money you pay, this is what you get, don't expect to be WOW, ...because is not!

*I didn't like: - the bees around the pool; - you have to pay for the playground kids even you are accommodated (without any discount or facillity) - they don't let you drink other drinks at the pool, other than theirs from the pool-bar.

Where it was located.

The facilities were bad, old furniture, unclean.

- Room size, place for 5 adults. The queen size bed in the bedroom was large enough for 2 adults and 2 pre-teens. Large terrace - All facilities functional : stove, air conditioning, good quality cutlery, crockery etc. - Great, hard working staff : daily cleaning and change of towels; reception answered all questions; starting from last week of June there was a great entertainer for the kids at the beach in the morning and at the pool in the afternoon, she did miracles at the pool with them; the beach bar personnel, bartenders and waiters very attentive and friendly. Do order something at the pool's bar while supervising the kids, the entertainer is for free, but needs to be paid indirectly though :) . - hotel offering beach towels for free. - could pay by card at the hotel and at the beach - martin's nests on the terrace, a bat visitor were entertaining the kids - the beach in Psakoudia in general and the hotel's beach bar are great for children, some shallow water they can play in under supervision from the chair. - shops and taverns close to the hotel and the beach bar

- Awful Wi-Fi : bad internet, badly configured APs (3 APs on different frequencies, interfering with each-other), disconnecting all the time. - No sound proof of the windows, closed or open, would not matter, it was close to a busy road, hearing traffic all the time - No mosquito net for our room, other rooms had it. - Loads of mosquitos because of the Greek cultural habit of using water a lot to wash the pathways, terraces, etc. so maintaining the mosquitos phenomenon. We know from previous stays in Psakoudia that there is no municipal treatment for mosquitos, so no matter if the owners do it, if it is not done at village level, the mosquitos do not care if it is on a treated property or not :) - Loads of bees at the pool, kids have to be very careful not to step on them or have the shoes on all the time. Come prepared with something in case they get stung. - there is some hard slope on the way between the hotel and the bar, and the need to go around the shortest route to avoid mud in case it rains.

Came with my family and booked for a triple studio. I was surprised by the size of the room, it was comfy, had a big terrace and they arranged a cot for my baby. By the beach they have a great playground, so lots of activities for those who come with kids. Enjoyed my stay, thanks!!
