I loved the size of the room. The Corner View was amazing! King size bed was super comfy. Breakfast was a great way to start off the day. Bar/restaurant. Happy hour. Top Notch. Hotel Staff. The jewels of the review! Down to Earth, genuinely great people. Cold water always a plus. Zasha, Dyon, Yolanda, and Yousef. Top Tier Customer 👌 👏 🙌 Service. Thank you guys so much!

壁が薄く、隣が大声で話していると聞こえてくる。テレビの音などは聞こえてこなかったので、普通に過ごしている分には音漏れはないと思う。、

This Hotel is nothing if not amazing. Absolutely spectacular. You get all the incredible amenities that you always get with an Embassy Hotel. Super clean and feels super upscale. And the service is incredible. Zasha, at the front desk, was absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough. She was so polite and over the top helpful. We booked a room that didn't have enough beds, and that was completely our fault. We just misread things. I asked if there were any cots of anything and when she said they didn't, I said that I would just go get an inflatable mattress and she said "ABSOLUTELY NOT" and found a room to upgrade us to for bo extra charge. She jumped in like she actually cared. Normally I'm happy just to have customer service that involves common courtesy. I can't remember the last time, I felt like the person I just met was a dear friend that genuinely cared about me. But Zasha did. She was nothing if not amazing. They have a wonderful happy hour every night. And... the breakfast... oh my god... THE BREAKFAST!!! They couldn't undersell that any more. It is incredible. Brisket omelets with fresh cooked brisket. Everything was absolutely to die for. And the cooks were the happiest people I have ever seen. Everyone of them laughing smiling, having the times of their lives. I genuinely don't know how they are that joyful. Because it's not just happy. They are full of joy. I was going through getting food and some guy comes uo with a big grin handing me a plate of fresh made pancakes, perfectly browned and fluffy. Like he was excited for me to try his masterpiece (Twist my arm why don't ya). And they were so good. Whoever is running that hotel, I don't know how you do it. But everyone is so genuinely in a great mood all the time. Even when they are somewhere where they wouldn't expect visitors to be seeing them, they just have pure joy on their faces. Everyone. Housekeeping, front desk, kitchen, everyone just seems like they are full if joy and walking on sunshine.

Stayed 3 weeks and was home away from home with friendly front desk staff notably Yolanda, Yusof and Zacha. I loved the atmosphere of the Evening Reception and the food menu was excellent quality.
