We made a quick trip to Houston for a family dinner in Memorial City, and chose this hotel. Boy, was it a great choice. From check in, to the bar, to breakfast and every time in between we met a staff member they were so happy, polite and helpful. They helped us easily navigate (esp out of the covered garage to Kirkwood) to our dinner, they we awesome. The room was spacious, clean and quiet! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

The hotel is really nice, rooms were clean and I love the wood flooring in the rooms instead of carpet. Embassy Suites breakfast is always great, but Nora at the omelette station was fantastic. Super kind and friendly. The grits….omg, I wanted to take home a gallon of them. However, the pool is ridiculously small for such a big hotel, the hot tub smelled odd, and the amount of shenanigans being allowed was crazy. A man was pushing his wife around on a big floaty, kids were running and screaming, splashing the hot tub water into the pool. We asked them to stop and got an earful from the parents to “let their kids have fun”. The mattresses are pretty hard and the pillows are flat. We called for extras (which they brought quickly) but they knocked, gave me less than 20 seconds to answer and started walking away. They were getting onto the elevator in the time it took me to get off the bed and walk to the door.

I travel to Houston frequently, and after staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston Energy Corridor five or six times, I can honestly say this is one of the best hotel values in the city. What truly makes this property stand out is the people. From Youssef, Jocelyn ,Fatima,and the entire front desk team, to the general manager, restaurant staff, housekeeping, and everyone in between — the service here is consistently exceptional. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, smiling, and genuinely willing to help. It creates an atmosphere that makes you feel appreciated every time you walk through the door. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that, unlike many Houston properties, they do not charge outrageous overnight parking fees, and the parking situation is excellent and convenient. The complimentary made-to-order breakfast is easily one of the best included hotel breakfasts you’ll find anywhere. The evening happy hour with complimentary hors d’oeuvres is another fantastic touch that really adds value to the stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable since most are suites, and the hotel itself has a large dining and lounge area that’s great for relaxing or meeting with people. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat for the Energy Corridor area, and for the money, I honestly believe this is one of the absolute best hotels in Houston. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely continue staying here whenever I’m in town.

The breakfast omelet made to order was excellent and such a treat compared to hotels with the standard breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. It was quiet. We'd definitely come again
