Great location. Downstairs staff very friendly

Staff/ cleaners extremely loud in hallways in morning and walls are very thin. Doors banging. Had notices posted to please respect other guests and speak quietly but cleaning staff/ cleaning manager was extremely loud and could hear them discussing what doors they would be knocking on for housekeeping before checkout time

Bathroom extremely small. I wanted a shower without washing my hair but the shower head was fixed so unable to move it

Extremely expensive for a dated small room with a view overlooking the hotel roof and smell of kitchens in the morning

"Decent stay, great location and friendly staff, but mid hotel"

Staff and location were fantastic. Definitely a little disappointed in the room I received, after having spent one single night there a couple nights before this stay ( just how my travel worked out) - but the second night cost significantly more but for a much lesser room. The staff were fabulous, very attentive and friendly, food and drinks at the bar were great too!
