Generell tolle Lage am Ostseestrand. Sehr freundliches Personal. Top Frühstück; tolle Auswahl; die Sonne war da, leider mussten wir den Ausblick von innen genießen.

1. Unser Aufenthalt war generell zu kurz. 2. Das Hotel wirbt damit, dass man als Hotelgast von 9-10 Uhr exklusiv, vor der generellen Öffnung, die Ostseetherme nutzen kann. Wir waren um 9 Uhr da, leider war nur eine Sauna geöffnet und die Dachterrasse mit dem Panorama Whirlpool war abgesperrt. Die Mitarbeiter der Ostseetherme schienen gar nichts davon zu wissen, dass das Hotel mit dieser exklusiven Stunde wirbt. Auf dem Rückweg haben wir am Übergang zum Hotel einen Hinweis zur Einschränkung der Verfügbarkeit von Saunen in der Stunde von 9-10 Uhr gelesen. Leider Stand das an anderer Stelle definitiv ohne Hinweis zur Einschränkung
