Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt. Das Personal hat uns angeboten das Gepäck aufs Zimmer zu bringen. Wir wurden zu unserem Zimmer geführt. Alle unsere Fragen wurden problemlos schnell erklärt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr weitläufig und bietet viel. Die Therme, ein Kinder Club & ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Die Zimmerkarte umfasst jede Menge Speisen die man sich zu jeder Uhrzeit bestellen kann.

Beim Check out gab es Probleme mit dem Late Check out. Die Info kam nicht an & Man dachte wir checken früher aus. Aber auch das war dann kein Problem. Von daher gibt es nix was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Sehr schönes und großes Zimmer. Zugang zur ostsee therme durch Bademantel Gang. Das beste aber war das Personal. Freundlich und immer aufmerksam.
