Location

Missing handle on sink and water running. Toilet lid was in terrible condition with the laminate peaking off. Rusty shower curtain rod. Things that are easy fixes that would improve the overall appeal of the room.

"It was a bed to sleep in and that was about it"

No hot water, broken faucet, broken safety chain on door. Birds nesting above entrance, dead one was hanging out..
